At Eden, I am super excited to let you know the AW19 Nomads collection has now arrived in-store! The fairtrade movement seems to getting stronger each season, with lots of my other brands using more and more sustainable fabrics too.
The UK spends £27 billion on clothes each year and there’s no sign that our obsession for fast fashion is slowing down.
Most of this huge sum is pocketed long before it reaches the salaries of factory workers or cotton farmers. What is the real cost of fashion and how can we make sure a fair price is being paid to the people doing the hard work so they can care for their families?

Meanwhile here are a just a few of my favourite pieces of the AW19 collection.
This print is available in various styles from the tape detail top, the long tunic shirt (as pictured) and a wrap dress. In two stunning colourways.
The stunning handloom coat is made with traditional artisan techniques. The special nature of the technique used means every garment is individually unique as no two are exactly the same.
Finally the pleat side dress in organic cotton jersey.
I hope you enjoyed reading, see you next week.
