Easter weekend is here and we thought we would share some style advice to make for a fashionable few days ahead.
Meadow Print Maxi Dress
A floral day dress is great for a garden party or going out for lunch. With a tie at the back, it gives the wearer the ability to cinch in at the waist for a flattering look.
Protected Species Commuter
Depending where you'll be spending your easter weekend and what activities you'll be getting up to, this protected species waterproof jacket is perfect for keeping dry and looking stylish at the same time.
Hydestyle London Bag
A big shiny metallic bag is a must have this season! It can really help lift a casual outfit so why not show off your statement bag around town.
Nomads Print Jacket
The star print jacket by Nomads is a fantastic reminder of the brands genius for creating affordable and ethically produced clothes that are actually stylish. Not only are they contemporary but also are different enough from anything you'd find on the high street.
Fari Short Sleeved Top
This printed top is perfect for a chilled weekend at home as it is bright, cheerful and almost looks like a pattern of tiny eggs!
I hope you all have a lovely weekend and thank you for taking time to read our blog post this week! Links to any of the products mentioned are available and are also stocked in store.
The brand new Nomads collection has just arrived in store for spring/summer and is sure to impress. Ethically produced using organic cotton, the clothes are perfectly niche in terms of sustainable bohemian fashion.
From the range of new season garments in store, here's an little overview of some of our favourites.
First up is the slouch print Tunic Dress. The lovely abstract pattern makes this the perfect daytime dress and lightweight, making it versitile to wear with leggings, as a beach cover up or on its own.
The next garment we love is the Pyramid Short Jacket. This box style jacket is wonderful for dressing up or down and matching with an array of colours.
Finally, the last piece to appreciate is the Meadow Print Trousers because what would a summer wardrobe be without florals?! Lightweight and good for packing away for a summer holiday, these trousers also have a comfortable elasticated waist.
We hope you like the new collection as much as we do! To see the full range visit us in store and also online.

It is an exciting weekend ahead for Eden, on Saturday the 4th of February we are involved in two separate charity events. The St. Andrews fashion show, organised by the St. Andrews University charities society, who reached out to Eden to use a variety of garments for their catwalk fashion show.
Heres a preview of the outfits chosen to represent Eden in the show.
The fashion show includes a range of different fashion brands, from well known high street brands, to independent Scottish boutiques and also charity shops. The event is highly anticipated amongst St. Andrews students and has received recognition from respectable publications of the likes of British Vogue, Tatler Magazine and the New York Times. Eden has previously been a sponsor for the show and it is a pleasure to be part of the event once again. The St. Andrews fashion show is running for its 25th year with the chosen charity in partnership with the event being the Brain Tumour Charity.
The second fashion show happening on the same day is at George Herriot School and Eden is providing outfits for the students to model for their catwalk runway. The show is in aid of Cancer Reseach UK. In the few days leading up to the event we had students in the shop for fittings in preparation for the show. A few of the students and their outifits are shown below. Good luck girls!

There's no escaping it now it's coming round to THAT time of year. Just over five weeks away now (how did that happen?) Every year I say to myself i will be organised this year but there is always something that seems to get left to the last minute.
So in my attempt to try and get (a little) more organised I've picked out three practical presents we have in stock -
These can be worn in so many ways. Super soft 50% wool, 50% cotton. Available in Charcoal grey, slate blue, amber and berry. Create your own look (comes with a handy illustrated tip sheet)
Mighty Purse - wristlet bag £79
Okay, gold maybe not for everyone (still available in other colours, while stocks last) but it's Christmas! Think parties, wearing a lot of black & needing a little sparkle. The purse that charges your phone - don't miss that call/instagram photo opportunity to your mobile being out of charge.
Keep your hands warm with these knitted mittens - button back for the fingerless gloves or fold over for mitts. The fairisle style design adds a nostalgic look. Available in 3 colourways

*Please note at Eden we do not play the Buble until December unlike a number of stores which seem to get the Christmas playlist on as soon as Hallowe'en is over!*
Its time to wrap up and layer in cosy knits now - its starting to feel cold (or is that just me!) So as the temperature drops and the days draw in (the clocks go back at the end of the month too). We've selected some of our favourite cosy knit pieces...
This stone colour cardigan has a shawl collar with jacquard knit design on sleeves, front and back.
